Shipping

Skin Management ships within North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Skin Management processes orders Monday - Friday in the order in which they are received. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and up to 5 business days for shipping within Canada.

Shipping Confirmation

After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.

Tracking Your Order

For orders within Canada, once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for the processing and shipping of all orders.

 

Returns and Exchanges

SkinManagementSystem™ Online Store Returns Policy

At SkinManagementSystem™ we want you to be delighted every time you shop on our online store. 

For Products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement. If you are dissatisfied with a Product, for any reason, you will be refunded the price you paid for the Product, upon receipt of the original item within 30 days from the date of purchase.

In the rare incident that the wrong Product has been delivered we will dispatch the correct Product or if the original Product is no longer required we will offer a full refund, upon receipt of the item delivered in error.

In order for us to receive Products back undamaged we recommend that you return them in the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund where inadequate packaging has been used.

Any costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Items received more than 90 days after purchase date may not be returned or exchanged. 

Only items purchased on skinmanagementsystem.com can be returned to skinmanagementsystem.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
